The former does not trust in God, but merely wallows in its own sin.
The latter has ears that are open to God, and sprints forward though trials with the Bible at hand.
Pigs and road runners have varying traits; while the first is happy in misery, the second sees joy through all.
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

Lord Jesus, keep me from sin, and help me to follow You all the day's of my life. It's easy to say these things to You Lord, it's quite another thing to do them. Thank You for Your grace and love. In Christ, amen.
